You let someone choose a card, sign it, and then you cut it somewhere in the middle of the deck. Then, you borrow a coin and wrap it in a paper (admittedly: 'flash paper'). You now put this small package on top of the deck and light it. A bright, sudden flame creates some surprise. A few moments later, it becomes obvious that the 'explosion' burned a crater in the top half of the deck. The cards, in which there really was a hole burned, are taken away and the card where the coin now lies on, and which is unscathed, is turned over. It turns out to be the signed card! Everything can be examined immediately.
A reputation-maker! As good as 'self working'. Resets in seconds. A very visual effect which is very well suited for a table- hopping magician.
'In a Flash' is delivered with an instructive DVD (in English) and the gimmicked Bicycle cards.
