Put two folding chairs opposite one another.
Span a big plank between the backs of the chairs and cover it with a big silk.
Ask a member of the audience to lie on the plank. Then pull the plank from under this person, but he just hangs there, in mid-air.
Now you remove the chair that's under his feet. The volunteer continues to hover. The only thing holding him up, at his neck, is that last chair!
What makes this magnificent illusion so special is that can be done with people looking on from all sides, and using someone drawn from the audience. That this adds to the impact of the trick goes without saying.
Workmanship to a very high standard.
Can take a weight of up to 90 kg.
